Dewayne Perkins is a New York based Chicago born and raised writer/comedian, who TimeOut New York recently named a Breakout LGBQT Comedian to watch. Dewayne is currently a writer on Michelle Wolf's Netflix late night show “The Break with Michelle Wolf” and recently wrote for the 2018 White House Correspondents Dinner. He was recently named one of Comedy Central’s 2018 “Up Next" comedians. He is a former cast member on MTV's “Wild N Out” and was a NBC Stand Up For Diversity 2017 finalist. A DePaul University graduate, Dewayne’s an alumni of the Second City Touring Company, writer/performer of the Second City/Woolly Mammoth collaboration “Black Side of the Moon” and a member of the award winning improv team 3Peat, who’s Comedy Central web short that he wrote, The Blackening, went viral with more than 14 million views.. Dewayne also makes up half of the duo, Bleep that Bleep. Their original shows include Beyonce ft.
