Stephnie Weir

Stephnie Weir got her comedy start in Chicago improvising at The I.O. and performing as a main stage cast member at The Second City.  She made a “temporary” move to LA to join the cast of Mad TV and has now lived there eighteen years. Steph has been on a slew of fun shows like Crazy Ex-GirlfriendVEEP, Key & Peele, Gracie and Frankie, Castle, Playing House and The Comedians with Billy Crystal. She’s written for such shows as Raising Hope, The Millers and CBS’s Happy Together, in which she also stars. Stephnie is a prolific writer of network pilots that don’t go to series and currently has a development deal at ABC Studios. She is most proud of the two-person improv show she performs with her husband, Bob Dassie, called WeirDass.
